TripAdvisor, the globally renowned American travel website company providing reviews of travel-related content, has awarded Jannah Eastern Mangroves Suites its esteemed Certificate of Excellence. The award honors hospitality excellence, and is given only to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveler reviews on TripAdvisor.

TripAdvisor uses a proprietary algorithm to determine the winners, which takes into account the quality, quantity and recentness of reviews and opinions submitted by travelers over a 12-month period. It also includes the business’ tenure and ranking on the Popularity Index on the site.
To qualify, a business must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months and also maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five. Jannah Eastern Mangroves Suites has a rating of 4.5.
An exclusive feature of Jannah Hotels and Resorts portfolio is the signature ‘Karim’ butler service. Guests are offered the luxury of having their own personal ‘genie’ during their stay at any Jannah hotel. More than that of the traditional butler or concierge, the Karim is dedicated to providing personalized attention to each guest without intrusion, and is available 24 hours a day.
The service includes general assistance, a babysitting service, and wardrobe care. The venue also recently won the Luxury Suite Hotel category in the Continent sector of the esteemed World Luxury Hotel Awards.
