The Dining Room at Jannah Burj Al Sarab is now offering five efficient and healthy three-course business lunch menus for everyday of the week at AED55++ per person.
Designed by Executive Chef Wafi Halimi, whose French and Mediterranean culinary background is featured heavily in the menus, discerning guests will enjoy only the freshest ingredients which he sources from Meena market daily.
The three-course set menus will see highlights such as a salad of Quinoa Tartare with Basiland Green Peas, drizzled with Balsamic Reduction and Olive Oil, followed by a main course of Grilled Hammour with Beetroot and Green Salad served on a bed of Mashed Potato, Olive Oiland Balsamic Reduction and finish off your meal with a creamy Chocolat Tartare Parfait.
The business lunch menus are served daily from Sunday to Thursday between 12.30pm and 3pm.
